The Department of Statistical Sciences (DSS) carries out multidisciplinary research in the fields of Statistics, Probability, Finance and Actuarial Sciences, Demography, Economics, Economic Statistics and Econometrics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Social Research. DSS has the direct organizational responsibility of the "Statistics" Degree Courses and the Master's Degree courses of "Statistical Sciences" and "Statistical, Actuarial and Financial Sciences". The educational offer of the DSS is completed by some research doctorates and masters.
