Abstract:
The paper describes and discusses the financial structure and the valuation of the State guarantee provided by the Italian Government to investors participating in the joint-stock Company supporting the capitalization and restructuring of Italian firms, for which the Italian Government has issued a call for an expression of interest on May 29, 2015.
