The Three-Year Strategic Plan is the document through which the Department identifies and plans its strategy to achieve its objectives in Research, Teaching, and Third Mission/Social Impact, as well as the actions and resources required.
The Plan is developed through both internal and external consultation with stakeholders, and outlines both the timeline priorities and the indicators used to monitor the achievement of objectives. The results of the monitoring activities form the basis for any corrective actions and for the continuous updating of the planning process.
The planning and implementation process is based on a participatory approach, involving governing bodies, departmental committees, and the academic community, in order to ensure transparency, sharing, and consistency.
The most recent Strategic Plan refers to the 2023–2025 period
During the three-year period, continuous monitoring activities were carried out:
- Monitoring and Reporting of the Three-Year Strategic Plan 2023–2025 PART "A"
- Monitoring and Reporting of the Three-Year Strategic Plan 2023–2025 PART "B" Approved by the Department Council on 30/10/2025
